Active Release Therapy

We provide Active Release Techniques (ART®) which is a patented hands on soft tissue treatment that allows us to locate and break up scar tissue following injury. ART® is a type of sports therapy frequently used on patients who have chronic, acute, overuse and repetitive use injuries. The goals of ART® are simple, to increase the blood flow to the injured area, break down scar tissue and to restore the normal movement of the muscle or joint thereby speeding up the rate of healing.

Sports Massage Therapy

Sports massage therapy is also known as sports medicine massage or athletic massage therapy, which focuses on specific areas of the body that require pain relief or healing. It’s a type of therapy aimed at decreasing the tension and stress that can develop in the body’s soft tissues during sports and various exercises. As part of your visit, your sports massage therapist will incorporate stretching during the session while targeting a specific area of the body.

Strength & Conditioning

Catered specifically to individual athletes and their respective sport. Our goal is to understand individual and sport specific characteristics, and use them to create a structured program that drastically improves an athletes physical profile (strength, speed, power, coordination, size, capacity, reactivity, confidence, etc.) and performance potential. We work to create a higher performance ceiling for the athletes, allowing them to have greater margin for improving their sport specific skill and performance through agility, plyometrics, sensorimotor and resistance training modalities. 

Group Strength

A strength and conditioning group class is a structured workout session led by an expert coach with the goal of improving participants' overall strength, endurance, and athleticism. Class incorporates a variety of exercises such as weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and cardio drills. The workouts are designed to target different muscle groups and energy systems to enhance overall fitness levels of Participants enabling them to progress in their fitness journey and enhance their lives outside of the gym. The group setting fosters motivation, accountability, and camaraderie among participants, making it an effective and enjoyable way to reach fitness goals.
